EASTBLUFF condominiums are located in the easterly portion of La Jolla  adjacent to I-5 and near UCSD, often called "La Jolla Village North".  Eastbluff features 212 split level townhomes in walking distance to the campus of UCSD, shops, restaurants, nearby parks, movie theaters & freeway access.  The spacious condos have fireplaces, two car garages, laundry hookups, front patios and BBQ decks.  There are three floor plans with two to three bedrooms and two to two & one-half baths, ranging in size from 1,031 to 1,707 square feet of living space. I purchased my very first home here in the Eastbluff complex.  I paid $62,500 for it brand new in 1978!  At my tender young age, I was somewhat of a risk taker and put the deposit which was $2,000 on my credit card and then waited to earn enough money to get the loan while the property was being built.  The risk paid off and I sold it for much more years later. There have been six recent sales in the past year at Eastbluff with sold prices ranging from $425,000 to $540,000.
