I've visited all 20 of the cities on the list! Yahoooooooo! I do a lot of home inspections in La Jolla each year, and have done inspections in the other Southern California cities on the list: Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Santa Barbara, and Newport Beach. The other cities are outside of my Southern California service area.
You must like to travel! I usually give my clients three choices of local home inspectors. I don't think I have ever heard of a home inspector who goes to other cities... interesting.
