Today there are 181 detached homes for sale in La Jolla.  Of these 181 homes, there are 177 homes over $1 Million Dollars!  The least expensive detached home is on Draper Avenue and is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home listed for $699,000.  The most expensive home in La Jolla is listed for $29,950,000 featuring 6 bedrooms +2, 9 bathrooms and was built in 1990.  This is on an oceanfront lot with direct access to a secluded sandy beach.  A nearby neighbor to the other Camino de la Costa property... I can show you both at the same time! :-)

There are currently 215 condominiums for sale in La Jolla.  The least expensive is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo at Tuscana for $219,900 - bargain prices for the La Jolla zip code!  The most expensive is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/5 bath condo at 202 Coast Boulevard for $8,900,000 - with 2,738 square feet, that makes this ocean front  single level property a mere $3,251 per square foot.  Bring your tape measure!
